Standard 16-bit apt-X®, Enhanced 16 & 24-bit apt-X are supplied as standard and an optional multi-algorithm suite incorporating MPEG 1/2 Layer II/III, MPEG 4 AAC LD, AAC LC, G.711 and G.722 is also available.

A rich array of features are provided on the WorldCast Eclipse including Automatic Back-up, Silence Detect, Contact Closures and Alarm Ports. The DSP architecture ensures that broadcasters can be assured of 24/7/365 reliability.
The WorldCast Eclipse can be controlled and configured by users of all abilities and technical skill. In addition to front panel operation and audio level monitoring, the system also comes with APT's highly acclaimed Codec Management System (CMS) Software package. This powerful and intuitive user interface enables extensive monitoring and management capability over IP.
